Barleydean Suite is situated in a private annex in a country house. At the edge of the Pentland Hills, you can hike from your front door, wander to the local pub or take a bus to Edinburgh. The suite has private access for guests. It has 1 bedroom with a super king-size bed for 2 guests. Up to 2 foldaway single beds can be provided on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. There is a kitchenette suitable for light cooking, with hob, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, and washing machine.

Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. Built in the 1700s the Gardener's House is set into the old Walled Garden in the stunning grounds of Arniston House, a William Adam Stately Home.
