The main living room has a sofa bed & there is also a cot. A Den & formal dining. Walking distance to splash pad & park with pond, BBQ grill & pavilions.

There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay.
