Nayon is a private farmstead in Alitagtag, Batangas, a scenic 2-hour (1.5 hr without traffic) drive from Manila. Our 2-bedroom, 150-sqm traditional Filipino house sits on a hill, overlooking a child-friendly pool and a wide space peppered with fruit trees and grazing animals. Each large, ensuite bedroom is furnished carefully with Filipino furniture and mementos from our family's travels. KSK Farm Cabin is a 25-square-meter cabin room inside KSK Farm that provides a quiet retreat away from the city. The room has a queen size bed, a kitchenette, a dining area, wifi, TV with Netflix access and a full bathroom with hot water, as well as location where you can connect with nature while also being conveniently located near Calatagan's best beaches and other tourist attractions. Surrounded by coastal towns and lovely beaches including the white sands of Laiya. The house sits in a one-hectare coconut plantation. It has the feel of a hacienda living surrounded by over 100 coconut trees and sloping plains roamed freely by farm animals.
