No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Dimora tipica in parte scavata ed in parte costruita, con splendida vista sullo scenario incantato dei Sassi di Matera. Si trova in zona pedonale, quindi non è raggiungibile con la macchina, ma c è un comodo parcheggio a pagamento a 2 minuti a piedi e parcheggi gratuiti lungo la strada poco più distanti. Vicina ai luoghi più importanti da visitare! L'accesso degli appartamenti è un comodo piano terra ma la vista dal balcone dell'appartamento numero 1 è un piano alto (magia dei Sassi di Matera!)

Posta in pieno centro e nei rioni Sassi di Matera, questa abitazione del 1800 conserva la struttura originaria del fabbricato ma è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni e di aria condizionata. E' piena di luce e offre una fantastica vista sui Sassi godibile dal caratteristico balcone dove poter cenare o fare colazione. Sono disponibili a pochi minuti a piedi parcheggi su strada sia gratuiti che a pagamento e parcheggi custoditi a pagamento che per l'intera giornata costano da 10 € a 25 €.

Il mio alloggio situato in Via san Rocco 59 è una casa recentemente ristrutturata con alte volte in tufo. Dotato di un accesso indipendente in un tipico vicinato del sasso barisano, l'appartamento offre la possibilità di soggiornare nella splendida città godendo di viste panoramiche mozzafiato e della vicinanza ai punti di interesse e arte esistenti. Sarà piacevole vivere e godere della magia preistorica dei sassi senza rinunciare alla comodità dei nostri tempi.
