Welcome to our cozy 1940s bungalow with natural light, wood beams, bamboo floors, and a fully fenced yard. We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Quiet 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.
