Our small apartment is on a 20 acre tree farm at the top of one of the highest hills in florida. We are perfectly situated in the middle of bicyclist heaven with many challenging hills just outside our gated property. Enjoy all Central Florida has to offer within a short drive... Mt. Dora, with its cute shops, Clermont, Choice of Champions training, Disney is less than 45 minutes away and either coast just over 1 hour. Private, just remodeled, and cozy ground floor entrance w/ 2nd floor living.

Relax with the family in this peaceful home under trees and blue sky. You'll hear roosters crow in the morning. It is - 6 minutes to a grocery store, - 12 minutes to Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, - 15 minutes to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and - 30 to 45 minutes to the major theme parks, depending on traffic, - 4 minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles. This lovely farm cottage can be found in a secluded meadowland under various oaks and pines along a natural cypress dome. Spectacular star lit night skies accompanied by hooting owls, whippoorwills, and fire flies make for an unforgettable camp fire atmosphere. Amenities include an outdoor shower, washer, dryer, barbecue, fire pit, fishing and outdoor wrap around patio. Ponds, canals, and Florida wetland host a variety of birds, mammals, fish and reptiles including the Florida gator.

Enjoy your stay in this beautifully decorated studio with all the conveniences of home. The bed is Queen. We are located in College Park of Orlando. On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Walking distance from the historic Dubsdread Golf Club and restaurant. Pet fee required. Please make sure to add the pet to the reservation.
