I’m Stacy, I just turned 44! Home w/ open living room/dining/kitchen area, washer/dryer. Room is furnished w/ a bed, dresser, tv, (camping cot (+price/person) for 3rd person). Plenty of parking. Excellent location w/ access 52/5/805 & bus stops. 10 mins drive to beach, 15 to Downtown, 15 to Del Mar. Home is clean, you maintain personal items in common area. Interested in mature people who keep home to a low rumble (no partiers!). We have jobs & classes which keep us busy! Drug & smoke free!

Quiet, upstairs private bedroom & bathroom in Mira Mesa. Depending on traffic, we are approximately 30 to 40 minutes drive to Airport, Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown, SeaWorld, Legoland. Sorrento Valley 5 minutes drive . Beaches & UCSD 15 minutes drive. Room has desk, TV with Netflix/coffee/tea/water provided, mini frig, microwave, kettle, fans, portable room A/C. Front door has a key pad for easy self entry. Private bathroom just outside your room door. Designated parking spot in driveway.

This non-smoking room has a queen bed, high quality mattress, a desk, fresh paint, a large window overlooking the back yard, plantation shutters and a very efficient ceiling fan. Our home is located in a QUIET residential neighborhood 6 miles north of the San Diego airport, easily accessible via Uber / Lyft. 20 minutes by car gets you just about anywhere; downtown, the beach where you can go kayaking, hang gliding or scuba diving, La Jolla and Pacific Beach.

Master suite with a private entrance. You will have the entire suite to yourself, only the yard is shared. Retail shops and restaurants are minutes from the house! The suite is tastefully decorated and comes with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. Refrigerator and microwave are included. Note: We are currently working on improving the backyard. There could be contractors working during the day, hopefully when you are out exploring San Diego! LGBTQIA+ Friendly, All are welcome! 🌈

Room for Nature Lovers

Private room with detached dedicated bathroom. Double bed. No children under 12 years. Non-smoking, drug-free household. We have two Doodles (non-allergic dogs) Guests-only allowed upstairs for privacy and security purposes. Please consume food downstairs to avoid ants, grease stains and spills. Use dining table downstairs or OK to eat outside on either patio, if bringing food into the house. Do not place wet towels on furniture or in closets or on bed linens in the room.

译文 Our home is located in the quiet community in Mira mesa. I am Chinese, my husband is American. This is a small room,public one bathroom. Bath supplies complete, provide clean towels. The room is comfortable and simple ,it has a 1.5* 2.0m full bed, as well as big wardrobe, drawer cabinet, chair, desk ,lamp and other living things. Free parking in front of the house! Free wi-fi . For safety purposes, a Blink security camera is installed outside the front door.

The private upstairs addition to our home was built new Spring of 2017. Sitting over our garage, it is a cozy 500 sqft & offers guests a quaint & quiet place to relax. With well appointed furnishings & thoughtful decor, Fig Tree Cottage offers everything you need to enjoy all the comforts of home. Just 15 min away enjoy the beautiful beaches of La Jolla along with some of the best restaurants and boutique shopping San Diego has to offer!

Place to Stay with Private Entrance near Beach

The room has a private entrance. It's ideally located in a residential area of Ocean Beach. 5 blocks to the beach, OB pier, and 2 blocks to village life, shops & restaurants. It has a queen bed, a small private bathroom with a shower, a fridge, TV, Wifi, microwave, etc. Guests will love the location and privacy! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc. are available for your enjoyment. Enjoy the great ocean view from the backyard.

Entire Private Studio Suite. Brand new up dated entire suite with 1 Queen Bed & 1 Full bath. Quiet midtown of Mira Mesa central drive in San Diego. Studio fully equip with 1 queen bed, working desk, kitchenette meant for light food warm, full size refrigerator, single sink meant for light cup and dish wash All shops, restaurants, cinema within minus drive about 2 miles away.

University City Cozy House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Clean and simple with spacious kitchen. Big wall mounted TV in the living room and 2 bedrooms. Safe and quiet neighborhood. No parties allowed as there is a neighborhood watch that forbids parties. Any party will be reported by the neighbors, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.
