Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

The Japanese-inspired minimalist interior features bamboo cabinetry and paneling, with some quirky features such as a catamaran net in the loft which is also a comfortable place to chill out.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
