On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Cozy Camper Near Downtown Off Razorback Greenway

Cozy camper sleeps 4 adults with one queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The camper sits in our driveway with full AC/heat and water. We are minutes from the downtown Bentonville square. The Razorback Greenway is right behind our house, and 15 minutes from the Back 40 trails. Bikes can safely be stored in the garage. Other local amenities less than 10 minutes away include the 8th Street Market, AMP, Crystal Bridges, and the Pinnacle Mall.

Modern RV Nestled on 25 acres with Firepit

Need a place to get away to? Look no further. Our place is just 15 mins S. of Fayetteville. Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and outdoor spaces as well. There is a security camera at the top of the driveway approximately 40'-50' ft from the trailer.
