Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

Steve and Diane would love to welcome you to our home. You will have a separate entrance to the top floor consisting of two large bedrooms and a four piece bath. We offer a small fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee facilities. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 25 minute walk to the Griz games and are willing to arrange a private shuttle service to the games if available. We do restrict on parties, pets and children under 10.

Nestled near the tranquil University District, this clean, comfortable & quiet basement guest suite offers a serene oasis within easy reach of all that Missoula has to offer. You're just a 30-minute leisurely stroll away from the picturesque Riverfront & the vibrant heart of downtown Missoula, where an array of dining, shopping & entertainment options await. The beautiful Pattee Canyon hiking and biking trails are merely a 5-minute drive away. Not suitable for families with young toddlers.

Fall has arrived, and we welcome you to our home in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley in Western Montana. This home design is a blend of the Bitterroot Valley and the Desert Southwest, with its timber-framed elements and courtyard. It is set just 3 miles north and east of historic Stevensville, and your room has a commanding view of the beautiful Bitterroot mountains. The home is set on 2.8 fenced acres with a coded gate entry. Our golden retriever, Rudy most likely will be your first greeter.

This cozy basement guest suite has it's own private entrance and will be private just to you with no shared spaces. It is located in a safe family neighborhood a quick walking distance from restaurants, brewery, nail salon, and grocery store. The University or Downtown is a quick drive. If staying in enjoy the gas fireplace, large screen TV with Hulu, Netflix, and Cable. A fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, and snacks are provided. Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
