Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape! Enjoy the serene peacefulness while enjoying a reset from the hustle and bustle of your every day busy lives. This cabin is located off the beaten path, close to fishing ponds and rivers. To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. We do provide Wifi and games at the property and a hot tub on the porch. Dog friendly.

Whether you want to relax in the creek, swim, hike, fish, paddle float,or ride atvs or s x s, this is the place for you!! This cabin is located 6 miles off pavement.

Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

Cottage at Old Wire

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Glamping at its finest! Forest Garden Yurts are wooden yurts designed and built by Bill Coperthwaite in the 1970s for Tom Hess and Lory Brown as home and pottery studio. Tucked away in 4 acres of Ozark forest, the yurts are simple in nature yet abound with artistic details. The home yurt has a kitchen, bedroom, and a nook living room. The bathroom yurt is separate but has a covered walk. Unconventional and unique, with hobbit hole doors and low clearances in places.

The James River Cabin is a luxurious secluded cabin nestled among the trees on 90 acres of river front property. It is just 10 short miles from Springfield, MO (Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro) less than an hour from Branson, MO. On-site activities are numerous and include bicycling, trail hiking, utv trail riding, kayaking, fishing, hot tubbing, and swimming in your own personal paradise. The river access is a short but fun two minute utv drive from the cabin.

If you are looking for a little peace and quiet come stay at our little Farmhouse. The Farmhouse is located on 100+acres in Polk County MO and has 1/2 mile of river frontage. You will be surrounded by hayfields and cattle with a path that leads you to the Sac River. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy all this property has to offer. We offer a discount for any stay seven days or longer! Pets are welcome - fees apply.
