Set on a protea farm in the heart of the Cradle of Humankind, Alto Cabin provides tranquil and relaxing accommodation for up to 4 people in a self catering log cabin. Guests have the option of either unwinding and enjoying the spectacular views from the cabin; visit the many fossil sights and museums in the area; embark on a 4x4 trail nearby or enjoy a horseback safari through the neighbouring reserve on one of our guided horse trails, suitable for the beginner or the more experienced rider.

The house was built using reclaimed materials, with beautiful wooden floors and industrial windows. The house is a quiet get-away with en-suite bedrooms, large baths and a wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and the covered verandah are well suited to providing dining experiences.

Our lifestyle farm nestles in the unspoilt Naauwpoort valley. Puschka House is wonderful for families ( kids and dogs included!) . Because of its size it is not ideal as a romantic getaway for a single couple. It has DSTV with a fireplace for winter and outside a plunge pool and braai (barbeque) area . there are great walks and the bird life is prolific. Come to Puschka Farm and enjoy the comfy beds, the spacious areas, the views, the solitude and the bush atmosphere .
