Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with moderate climate and no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Caroli is a detached house located in the center of Alba (100 m from piazza del Duomo). It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.

House located in the Langhe region. In the flat you can find 2 rooms one with a queen bed and the other with 2/3 single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. In the morning you can have a nice breakfast with the homemade cakes, marmelade, fresh fruit and a typical products of Langhe region. Evrything that you will find will be cooked by my mum that is a wonderful italian cooker. The house is the typical italian house of the farmer, that we have completly refurbished.
