It is in a very desirable location. It is a 4 minute walk to the downtown Restaurants and shops. It is short walk to Asbury Park and restaurants, in 8 minutes. If you leave the house you walk straight and are at the lake, and the restaurants and shops in Asbury Park. It is a few minute drive to Jersey Shore hospital.

Just a quick walk over the bridge to get to the famous Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Strollo's The "Lighthouse" ice cream place!
