Historic and updated home from the 1800's

This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Horse Farm Haven

Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

Cozy Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Welcome to your charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Richfield, Utah—a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and affordability. Located just 2 blocks from Main Street and the city park, and a short walk to local amenities like restaurants and a movie theatre, this newly listed apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment accommodates up to four people, with a queen bed as well as a queen-size air mattress and couch available for extra sleeping space.

Home Base Resort #5

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with a king size bed and a roll away bed. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we do charge 20 pet fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Enjoy our safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beautiful Lions park, skate park and swimming pool. Only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
