C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

À 800 m d’altitude, au pied du plateau du Parmelan, il se situe entre le lac d’Annecy (15 min) et les pistes des Aravis (30 min). Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

Tous les loisirs de la montagne sont accessibles hiver comme été à moins de 15 mn. Le chalet en mélèze dispose de tout le confort moderne avec son poêle et la chaleur douce du chauffage au sol. La cuisine moderne est ouverte sur la pièce de vie chaleureuse et ensoleillée. 4 chambres dont 2 masters avec sdb, 1 chambre pour 1 couple et 1 chambre pour 3 personnes.

Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
