Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

La maison est située dans un endroit calme et boisé, à 3 minutes par voiture du centre du village, datant du XIIIe siècle et classé parmi les plus beaux villages de France. Il est possible de réserver un petit déjeuner ou dîner auprès de la maîtresse de maison (chef cuisinier professionnel).

À l’abri des regards, idéalement situé en plein cœur de la campagne Tarn-et-Garonnaise, à mi chemin entre Toulouse et Bordeaux, à 10 min. de l'autoroute et à 5 min. d'Auvillar, un des plus beaux villages de France. Amoureux de nature, c’est l’endroit rêvé ! Rénové dans un esprit cosy et chaleureux, vous pourrez y séjourner jusqu’à 12 pers. Le bassin de retenue d’eau et le ruisseau pourront accueillir les pêcheurs ou ceux qui souhaiteront barboter.

A year ago renovated house with a view, situated in a very peaceful and quiet area with lovely neighbors. The house has two doubles bedrooms with wardrobes, and a new double sofa. It has a large kitchen-dinning area that opens up to a spacious terrace with wonderful views, along with a large garden. Its location is strategic for the various activities offered in the region, whether they are cultural or sports-related.
