The cabin feels secluded but is only 3 miles to town, surrounded by hiking trails, and close to ski mountain. RIVER DANGER FOR KIDS.

Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.

I told myself that one day I'd build a log home too. Twenty years later, we made it happen. B&L Cabin, Cabinet Mountain Base Camp and Retreat

This cozy 576 sq ft cabin is perfect for your next Montana getaway! A bathroom with shower, soap, kitchen, and porch with mountain views through the trees, you'll have no problem just enjoying some alone time! Enjoy hammocks among the trees or sit on the porch and enjoy trees. The water heater is small, 5 gallons so showers need to be short. Sorry, that is the only size we could get in there. There is no oven, but there is a 2 burner, nice hot plate and an air fryer.
