La casa è dotata di uno spazio esterno per leggere, mangiare e fare barbecue. Il mare dista 10 minuti a piedi a scendere; da casa è possibile partire per diverse escursioni. La distanza dal centro di Genova è di circa 30 minuti in auto. Le fermate del treno e della corriera sono a 10 minuti a piedi.

Deliziosa location con vista mozzafiato

E' situata a poca distanza da Camogli e Portofino; sono facilmente, raggiungibili le Cinque Terre e Genova. Il parcheggio all'interno del Condominio favorisce l'accesso comodo all'appartamento.
