Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica, ed ideale per raggiungere i borghi medioevali del Lazio e dell'Umbria. Sono presenti due barbecue esterni e due camini interni alla casa. Un frutteto con circa 50 piante da frutto, dove è possibile raccogliere la frutta di stagione. E' presente Wi-Fi e un impianto di riscaldamento, 3 TV Smart e una lavatrice nel magazzino

You are welcome to visit the cellar for wine tasting and to walks in the vineyards.
