El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

The Mesa Verde Tiny House

Welcome to the Mesa Verde Tiny House! it’s a cozy, thoughtfully crafted space with a queen loft bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and an open living area with a fold-out futon. Enjoy incredible views of Sleeping Ute Mountain and Mesa Verde. The main sleeping area is the queen bed in the loft. A 3rd guest is possible using the futon, but it’s best for short stays, as it is less comfortable. Loft access requires climbing a tall ladder. This is a true tiny house, simple & full of character. .

The Lakeside Lily Pad

Enjoy the sweet life at the Lakeside Lily Pad tiny home. You can start your days in quiet stillness and end them with epic sunsets. BBQ and enjoy the lake- a trail leads directly from the Lily Pad down to the lakeshore where you can: swim, fish, & watch the many species of birds that live here. Ride Phil's World- just minutes to all 3 trailheads! Visit Mesa Verde- just 10 mins from the park entrance. Cortez is 3 mi away for all your needs. Mancos: 15 mi, Durango: 45 mi, Telluride: 80 mi.

Stump Henge (Bed & Breakfast in a wagon)

Spend a peaceful night in a sheepherder's wagon next to a stream. Our 10-acre farm is conveniently located 9 miles from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance and midway between two famous mountain biking destinations. This charming getaway features a comfy double bed, pull-out table, some kitchen supplies plus an array of teas and coffee, an outdoor fire pit, easy parking, and a dedicated full guest bath in the main house nearby. Wake up to our simple yet substantial homemade breakfast.

The Jolly Rancher-Clint Eastwood Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months. Shadow the cat will greet you with lots of love!

Chasing Moon Tipi comes with a FITTED SHEET ONLY on a queen bed, and a futon (no sheet). Linens are available for rent onsite. The campground has complimentary hot showers, a fully equipped campground kitchen, large furnished Pavilion, drinking water, ice & more. We are 5 miles from downtown Cortez, on 20 acres of sacred land. It also has outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and access to all the campground's amenities. Goodman cabin @ Kokopelli Cabins is one of two cabins on the property. Come and enjoy Mesa Verde, Anasazi heritage center, Hovenweep National park and much much more! We have many outdoor activities such as fishing the lakes and river near by in the summer, bike trails, hiking trails. In the winter: Snowshoeing trails and so much more! Telluride, Durango, Rico, Ouray are all close for a day trip. Moab is even doable too to explore Arches National Park.
