Le refuge is a comfortable blend of old and new, with traditional Savoyard workmanship sitting alongside Nordic-inspired interiors & decoration. The apartment of 28m2 is entirely renovated. It has a double bedroom (140/200) with storing space. The living room has a confortable sofa (that can convert into a sleeping twin bed), a TV, an internet WIFI. The kitchen is equipped of one microwave, of a dishwasher, refrigerator, sticks vitreous ceramic and electric hob. The bedlinen and towels are included for the winter (for stays of more than 3 nights and 10€/person for summer and shorts stays). Bike aren't accepted in the apartment.

L'appartement de 28 m2 se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre chalet dans un endroit calme et préservé. Il se situe à 3 km du centre de Morzine et à proximité de l'express des Prodains. L'hiver, il est possible de partir du chalet skis aux pieds pour rejoindre l'arrêt de bus direction Morzine ou Avoriaz via des navettes gratuites (arrêt proche du chalet). Le retour d'Avoriaz peut se faire à skis. Des sentiers pédestres au départ du chalet sont accessibles. Idéal pour 2 à 3 personnes.

This brand new apartment is situated a 4-minute walk from central Montriond where you'll find a wonderful grocery store, lively pub, ski shop and the bus stop to take you into Morzine or up to Ardent (access Avoriaz, Chatel etc) It has one bedroom and a spacious living area with a sofa bed in it. As you can see, there is a good sized well-stocked kitchen. There is one bedroom which can have twin beds or a king size bed in it. There is also a sofa bed in the living area.
