No roads between the property and the beach with convenient stairway access to beach at the front. Neighbouring property, Sandcastles 2 Moonta Bay may also be of interest depending on availability and your group size. Note, a security camera at Sandcastles 1 shed monitors the rear of property where property is entered and rubbish bins are stored for security.

Classic on Clayton is an original 1970's beach shack that has recently been brought into the 21st century with all the mod cons you could need for a beach holiday but keeping the charm and some of the original furniture of the era in which it was built. This is a relaxed family beach house, suitable for all generations to holiday together. Located a short stroll to the beach or drive around the corner to be able to drive straight onto the beach so you can setup for the day.

At the end of the street you'll find Rossiters Point, with beach access and views of Moonta Bay and Port Hughes. The area is known for its sandy beaches, clear waters, great fishing, coffee shops and eateries, plus sunsets you won't forget. A place to relax, explore and make memories!

Your family will be close to the beach (3 minute walk) playgrounds and Splash Town when you stay at this centrally located place. Up to date finishes with a large outdoor area. Pet friendly with a kennel available. Has been partially renovated, so there are still some things that need to be finished! However the location is fantastic
