Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

Val Zebrù - Baite di Pecè immerse nella natura.

Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

It has three rooms with double beds and one with two French beds, all with private bathrooms. The loggia, balconies, and large windows offer views of the landscape, creating harmony between nature and interiors. The equipped kitchen with a large table and tiled stove is the heart of the home. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

Located in Moso in Passiria/Moos in Passeier the holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Alps" impresses guests with its spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm)and an open wardrobe.

Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
