Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Ferienhütte Grimming

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Ruhig und sonnig am Südhang des Kammspitz gelegen. Holzhaus mit ökologischen und naturbelassenen Baustoffen. Großzügige Terrasse mit Westausrichtung. Ganzjährig ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Beispiel für Wanderungen, Mountainbike, Klettertouren, Alpinski, Langlauf oder Gleitschirm fliegen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Küche, Essen, Sanitär und ein Schlafraum. Im Dachgeschoss sind weitere Schlafräume. Einfache Ausstattung.

Holiday apartment in a quiet, elevated location with a unique panorama over the Niederen-Tauern and the entire middle Ennstal. The apartment has its own entrance and can be reached via an external staircase directly from the parking lot. Large windows allow a great view of the surrounding mountains.
