The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

Cozy Alaska yurt - Full bathroom

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running (drinkable) water, electricity, a full kitchen and a shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

One of Anchorage's more unique homes with absolutely unbeatable views of the Cook Inlet, Sleeping Lady, Downtown Anchorage, Mt. Foraker, and Denali! In the famed "Bear Valley" neighborhood, where the bears are your neighbors :) This location will require a rental car but serves as a breathtaking retreat that's central to exploring Anchorage and its' surrounding areas. Close by are trails, a park, wildlife and plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your Alaskan getaway with friends and family.

Whether a short layover or an extended stay, find comfort and style in this west anchorage home. Located 5 mins from both the airport and Kincaid Park in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from Delong Lake. Triple pane windows ensure air traffic is blocked out for a good night sleep. Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

Hope H.U.B. Have. U. Been?

The beautiful community of Hope is a two hour drive from Anchorage. Hope HUB offers summer and winter trails for hiking, biking and skiing. PILOTS: the runway is a 10 minute walk, tie down the saucer and ride our community beater bikes into town for food and music. The Hope HUB has great views of the surrounding mountains on both sides. Use our outdoor fire pit, stocked with wood. Meet Wally our resident walrus and enjoy a truly extraterrestrial experience.
