Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

We have a back deck for sunning or dining as well as a front porch for people watching. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and access to steaming services.

This fully remodeled 1940's Beaufort gem is steps from Town Creek Marina and Front Street! Shops, restaurants, tours and several ferry options are within walking distance. The house offers two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, reading nook, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach cart, yard games & so much more.
