This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher & full size fridge. The bedrooms have plenty of hanging space & storage. The living area has an air con for the summer & winter. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy.

This entire property is a NO SMOKING zone. This spacious, modern and well equipped studio suite is conveniently located in the quiet north east corner of Lake Macquarie, just three minutes stroll from the lakeside. The space comprises the entire lower floor of the property, with private entrance and parking accessible from the rear. Internet connection is excellent as we have fibre to the home connected.
