This waterfront cottage is located in Lake Hopatcong, NJ. We are 1 mile away from Hopatcong State Park and about 45 miles away from New York/Times Square. 3 guests can sleep comfortably or 6 guests if 2 people sleep in each sofa bed/futon which are 3 full size . The cottage has an open layout + 1 bathroom. There are no separate bedrooms. This is a secondary unit completely separated from our house where we live (our structure is near the street.) The cottage is down by the water.
