Guest Quarters in Italian Mansion within Fieldston

Beautiful guest quarters in turn of the century Italian Villa in park like setting in Riverdale. We, the hosts, resides at the house and are present during your stay at the house. The guest quarters are part of the mansion and offers a lot of privacy including own kitchen, your own full bathroom, your private living room and a private entrance and terrasse. Close to the 1 train plus private parking. Walking distance to Manhattan college and Horace Mann. 10 min form Manhattan, 25 min from LGA.

Garden-level Oasis in Yonkers-25 Min to NYC

We are a young couple with a rescue dog and a cat living on the first floor. This basement-level with a seperais located in a quiet neighborhood just one block away from Van Cortlandt Park, McLean Ave. “Little Ireland” & laundromat. To explore NYC, transportation is a breeze: I-87 is 3 blocks away; 15 mins to Yankee Stadium; 25 mins to Midtown; Subway 2 Line Nereid Ave Station is 25 mins walk. Bus lines to and from #4 Woodlawn Sta. is 3 blocks away. Metro-North Woodlawn Sta. is 1.3 miles away.

Master Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom

Experience a comfortable stay in a well-appointed guest suite featuring a king-sized bed in a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy access to an adjacent room with a twin bed. This room is located on the second floor of our home. You are welcome to use the laundry room. Please note that the king bed is placed in the sloped section of the bedroom. While the bedroom is private, the bathroom is shared with other guests, in my many years of hosting, this has never posed any issues.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Lovely tree lined block and close to two major hospitals(Jacobi, Einstein & Calvary) 45-50 minute subway ride to Rockefeller center, Times Square and Central Park. Less than a 10 minute Uber/Taxi ride to the Bronx Zoo and Botanical Gardens. A 10-15 minute walk to subway through a residential neighborhood and tree lined streets. Host of restaurants and eateries in walking distance. A (5-10) min walk to Starbucks.

Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.
