We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Loades Cottage is a beautifully restored fisherman's cottage in the heart of the small North Norfolk coastal village of Blakeney. The cottage has full central heating and a wood burning stove, plus a secluded courtyard with outside seating. Just 2 minutes' walk from Blakeney Quay, Loades Cottage makes an ideal base to explore North Norfolk.

There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and incorporates the kitchen and breakfast bar. Double doors lead to the bedroom ( king size bed) and shower room. SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY
