VUE MAGNIFIQUE ! Petit châlet de 45 m2 avec une jolie terrasse privée de 14 m2, bien ensoleillée au cœur d’un espace naturel. Logement bien situé au calme à 5/10 minutes à pied du centre du village et des remontées mécaniques, des commerces, de la piscine, patinoire, du parc des sports, des arrêts de bus (200 mètres). Grande baie vitrée, cuisine équipée, 2 chambres, salon canapé lit, salle de bain et WC, 1 place de parking. Location du linge en option payante sur réservation (draps serviettes).

Nous louons notre chalet avec tous les équipements et jeux pour les enfants dvd, jeux divers (légo playmobil barbies sylvania livres monopoly trivial poursuite...) Il y a une terrasse sur laquelle vous pouvez manger, un BBQ, une table de ping-pong Nous proposons le tri des déchets avec 1 bac pour les plastiques, 1 bac pour le verre, 1 compost. Nous n'acceptons pas les animaux l'hiver car trop d'entretien ( salissures dues à la neige) Nous prêtons les luges et raquettes à neige.⛄️

You will appreciate the cozy side of the chalet, the surrounding nature and the possibility of taking full advantage of the outdoor activities around the chalet. With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

Un petit chalet idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants au pied des montagnes à 1.8 kms des pistes de ski de la station de morillon et du domaine du grand massif (flaine, samoens, les carroz). Vous pourrez profiter du ski de piste, ski de fond, raquettes ..... Une jolie vue sur les montagnes vous attend. Nous pourrons vous guider dans la découverte de la vallée. Nous pouvons vous fournir les draps et les serviettes de bain pour 10 euros par personne.

Chalet Vieux Bois is approximately 5 minutes walk from Super Morzine Telecabine and 10 minutes to the Pleney, and only a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants, not to mention has great views of the mountains from the elevated terrace on the second floor.

Conveniently located near several ski lifts and the Montriond lake, this 199sqm property features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
