Die Küchenzeile besteht aus einem Hotelkühlschrank, einem Zweifach Induktion Ceranfeld sowie Edlestahlabwasch, bündig in Natursteinplatte. Die Toilette hat eine Nasszeile (Goldschale) sowie ein Bidet WC. Die Elektrifizierung besteht aus LED Leuchten. Die Beheizung erfolgt durch Infrarot Steinplatte sowie einem Dänischen Ofen Morsö.
