U osamljenom selu Benčići (udaljeno 5km od Motovuna) u kojem se nalaze samo 3 kuće, smjestila se i naša kuća pogodna za 6 osoba. Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana. U kući Quieto doživjet ćete nezaboravne trenutke i uživati ​​u nevjerojatnim zalascima sunca.

Since 2024, the house has its own power plant, so it is energy self - sustaining.
