This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

A short drive will take you to some interesting places like Westfield St Lukes shopping mall, MOTAT, Auckland City Zoo, Western Springs Park, Point Chevalier beach, etc It is also close to the motorway, Baldwin Ave railway station, Unitec, AIS, Rocket Park, Mt Albert cafes, etc...

Centrally located in the heart of Parnell Village is Studio Burrows. A completely modern separate space next to our family home. Suitable for a couple and infant/small child. This light filled studio is minutes from the Central city, Spark Arena, Viaduct, Commercial Bay, Newmarket and the Auckland Museum/Domain. Longer term stays available by negotiation.
