In a quiet neighborhood, great area and close to a Target, Walmart, Eastridge Mall, Starbucks, Boba Spots, In N out, Safeway and others! Raising Canes opening soon near by! Costco business close by too! Occasionally there will be small dogs barking if it is an issue just let us know! AC is controlled by the hosts and usually temperatures stay between 70-75 so if you like a colder unit please look somewhere else. But hosts do mind you asking them for the AC to be on.
