Gorgeous riverfront retreat One Hour from Portland

Nestled on the bank of the Lewis River on 1.7 acres of alder and fir forest with a creek meandering through the property. A 1200 sq. ft. deck wraps the main house with stairs leading down to the river. There are no neighbors across the river or downstream, so you'll have the sunsets all to yourself. Soak in the hot tub (w/cold plunge) or build a fire under the stars. At 1.5 mi to the Gifford-Pinchot National Forest and Sunset Falls, plenty of recreational opportunities await!

Where comfort meets adventure. We are located blocks away from the local grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Three Nines Golf Course is around the corner. Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).

Welcome! Come visit our beautiful mountain chalet in Rhododendron, Oregon, and enjoy everything Mount Hood has to offer. Located in the Mt. Hood National Forest, the property is less than an hour outside of Portland, and 15-30 minutes from Ski Bowl, Meadows Ski Resort and Historic Timberline Lodge. Our home is just steps from the Sandy River, on 2 acres of private land, allowing you to experience nature in its purest form but with ALL the comforts of a luxury home.

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
