A comfortable studio unit in a quiet beach hill suburb of Sumner. Guests appreciate the low price & as described by a recent guest “One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, great little private place in a great part of Christchurch.” One off-road park is available. Great walks within 15 minutes, uphill to open farmland & downhill to Sumner beach, cafe's & restaurants. The studio is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise and with very quiet neighbours. It's a very restful setting.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

The cottage has a double bedroom with a queen bed, a single bedroom and a comfortable pull out couch if there are more people staying. We would absolutely love to host you but please be aware this is not a hotel. It's primarily a place for family to stay when they come and visit so just treat it like your own home away from home ☺️
