It's situated in a convenient part of West Hobart, plenty on street parking, public transport outside our door! 200m is the iconic Hill St Grocer. Many cafes nearby. West & North Hobart's restaurant strip 8mins along leafy Newdegate St, most pleasant inner suburbs. Suitable for solo travelers or a couple! A most comfy double bed, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only and fast WI-FI.

Inner city oasis

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Nestled away in bustling North Hobart is Little Arthur. Brother to Little Elizabeth, Little Arthur has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home. After braving the elements during Hobart's notorious winter and filling bellies with world class food and wine, warm yourself by the fire or soak in the claw foot tub while perusing the many books on offer. Welcome to the Zoo; a new purpose built ‘treehouse’ watching over the native wildlife who have found safe harbour in this retired orchard. A safe cocoon lovingly created to allow wonderers to be immersed in natures therapy. @victorandthequince

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Inner City Sunny Studio

West Hobart Studio apartment, with off street parking , very close to the city. A spacious, sunny room with a view and kitchenette, living space, queen size bed and bathroom. Large windows provide city and West Hobart views and lots of sunlight. The city centre, Farm Gate markets, Salamanca Place and the Hobart Waterfront are easily accessed by car and within walking distance.
