Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Centrally located in popular North Hobart, base yourself in comfort and style with the best of Hobart on your doorstep. The restaurant and café strip on nearby Elizabeth Street is a 5 minute walk, or take in a film at the historic State Cinema (rooftop screenings are generally available during the summer months). Walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes or take an Uber for $9. Ride-sharing scooters are also readily available. Sleeping 6 guests with Wi-Fi and off-street parking.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.

There is free parking on the street in front of house and public transport close by. The property is fully compliant with local council regulations and has a current permit for short stay accommodation.
