Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. There are two levels to this home. The first level is the master bedroom and all other bedrooms are on the second level. The large backyard is completely fenced and has outdoor furniture. Absolutely no parties! We will have to cancel or decline your reservation!
