There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. Accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child -Bedroom 1 is reached up a short flight of covered steps and has a queen size bed and seating Suitable for a couple with a small child or a couple. Facilities include TV, minibar plus coffee and tea-making. - Bedroom 2 has its own entrance directly onto covered decking area, and features one double-bed plus a loft platform that fits a single mattress. Similar sleeping permutations and facilities to Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have bathrooms lined with hand made local tiles, while furnishings include new beds/mattresses, solid wooden furniture and decorations including owner’s antique and contemporary art. The pavilion is a high-ceilinged reception room-cum-kitchen, with a generous and well - appointed seating area and double-width sliding doors giving straight onto a substantial covered hardwood deck ( 20sq m) that features a solid wood outdoor dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and has a built-in breakfast counter. Equally there are plentiful options if you prefer to hire a car plus driver (on a daily rate), or for single trips local taxis (GRAB) are easy to get.
