You're a quick walk to the beach and community park with fun activities for all ages. There are ocean and Olympic Mountain views throughout the home. The wrap around deck allows for lots of outdoor work space. Pets are not allowed.

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

The home has all the essentials with parking, cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. At the foot of our path down the bluff, you'll find our beach-front cabin, a magical spot on Maxwelton Beach. Useless Bay is so shallow that at low tide you can walk for miles along the tidal flats.
