I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

We are committed to cleanliness. If you have any requests or problems, please message us anytime (even late at night). We will do our best to assist you to make your stay comfortable. Convenient access to tourist attractions. Quiet residential area, ideal for work and study. Supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, AEON MALL, Nitori, electronics stores, post office, police station, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The only drawback is the steepness of the stairs.

100 year old Kyoumachiya 【４DK】３min Ginkakuji

This is a 90-year-old traditional Kyoumachiya certified by Kyoto City. World heritage Ginkakuji Temple and the path of philosophy are within a 5-minute walk. It is also a convenient location for Nanzenji and Heian Shrine. Kyoumachiya, where ordinary people enjoy the seasons and enjoy daily life, is a relaxing and nostalgic space. It is 92 square meters including the 2nd floor, and the wet area is easy to use and has been renovated, so you can spend it comfortably.

Arashiyama is with its beautiful scenery, the Hozu and Ooi Rivers with its romantic 'Moon-Crossing Bridge Togetsukyo,' the bamboo grove, etc...
