Treat yourself to the lower suite of our Sandy River home located just 2 miles from downtown Troutdale, OR. Our suite includes a sauna and an indoor soaking tub (not jetted.) We live above the suite and we have a toddler who is in daycare during the work hours and typically sleeps from 7pm to 7 am. There is a locked, sound absorbing accordian door. Yet, you may still be able to hear us from time to time. We are located on a scenic hwy minutes away from Edgefield and the Columbia River Gorge.

We try to provide all possible amenities to make your stay as comfortable and restful as possible, including yoga mats, local coffee & tea, guides to Portland and much more.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on Vancouver Lake with a beautiful outdoor deck to enjoy the view. Enjoy the sunsets and the wildlife on the lake. Kayak, sail, paddle board, or canoe out your door. We have a six person barrel sauna available: fee. You will have access to our private pier & pickleball court. The ADU is above the garage with a private entrance, about 4 miles to downtown restaurants, parks, the waterfront, etc. House is on 1.5 acres. We have chickens & gardens.

Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

A River (stream) Runs Through It

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.
