Flotsam has two fabulous fully self-contained studios, right at the entrance to the Tasman Peninsula. Each has their own private surroundings and fantastic views. We are about 30 mins due east of Hobart Airport. It's ideal for one-night stays, but, if time permitting, treat yourself to a few days so you can explore this incredible area which is all within easy reach. Our property is situated above the Lufra Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, and is a mere 5 minute walk to both Pirates Bay Beach and Tessellated Pavement. The popular tourist attractions of The Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen are an 8 minute drive away. The Port Arthur Historic Site is a 20 minute drive south.

Relaxing dog-friendly rural retreat

Prospect@Premaydena is situated on a quiet rural road, surrounded by farmland and bush. It is 5 minutes drive from the nearest little township, Nubeena, and provides a perfect base for exploring all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer. The house yard is well-fenced and secure and well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not any other pets. (Note: there is further information below regarding bringing your dog(s).
