The Bunkalow, A Cozy Gulf Coast Getaway

Originally designed for our close family and friends, The Bunkalow is now open to ALL! We are approximately 10 miles from the white sand beaches of Pensacola and Perdido Key. We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is attached to our home but has it's own parking and garden entrance. If you need a nice place to crash at the end of a full day at the beach with family or friends, this may be just what you're looking for.

Enjoy your stay in this private bungalow with bathroom, compact fridge & microwave situated next door to main residence. With its own separate entrance, you'll enjoy privacy and still have access to the spacious backyard. The trees are tall, but see The Blue's practice right outside the door! Conveniently nestled in the woods directly behind NAS with the Bayou Grande & Bill Dickson Boat Ramp less than a mile away and beautiful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Free parking and wifi.

Waterfront Cottage-Perdido Key-peaceful-boats OK

Waterfront canal property. See the sunrise sitting by the canal enjoying a fresh brewed coffee, and watch the sun set out front over the water of Perdido Bay. Bring your boat and dock out back. Ramp is 1/2 mile. This cozy cottage, sleeps up to 4. But 2 adults and 2 children most comfortable. Kitchen area has microwave, air fryer, coffee pot,sink and a frige/freezer. This 570 sq foot home is located in a safe, family oriented, quiet neighborhood. Its palm tree shaded yard with large deck, gas grill, seating and hammock is conveniently located only minutes to interstate 10, Pensacola's Airport, downtown and beautiful, sugar white beaches and turquoise water.

Quiet, private, secure cottage with kitchen. For sleeping: full bed, twin bed, & sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Will accommodate 3 persons comfortably. Small outside seating area is provided. Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Blue Bayou Cottage -1 mile from Boat Ramp.

Our Cottage is nestled in a quiet lovely neighborhood that shares a scenic Bayou view, with swimming,boat ramp and access to Pensacola bay closest access by boat to the Gulf Of Mexico. Our neighborhood has a scenic 2.5 mile sidewalk walkway winding around the Bayou for guests to enjoy. Once back to the cottage, you can enjoy our large outside patio, outdoor shower, or barbecue grill outback.

You can enjoy a big yard during the day and a beautiful, peaceful bone fire at night.
