Kominka on the Yoshino River | Kochi, Rural Japan

This is not a hotel. This is rural Japan. Garbanzo House is a private traditional kominka near the Yoshino River in Kochi. Only one group per day. The river is a 5-minute walk away. A small rural train line runs beside the house, and sometimes a local train passes by. At night, it becomes very quiet and the sky fills with stars. There is no TV.
