For June 28 through September 7, we will be renting from Saturday - Saturday with 1 week minimums. There are select dates that may require less a than a 7 night stay. With a perfect central location, the cottage is located exactly 1.2 miles from historic main street, .3 miles from the grocery store, 1111 Yoga, Roastd Coffee Shop, and 2 miles from the Surfside Beach.

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children.
