Our villa was built in 1914 and is full of stunning character features. It has three large bedrooms, open-plan living, dining and kitchen, a large bathroom, sunny outdoor area and a basic sleep out with separate toilet. There is enough space for the whole family or large groups to enjoy. Set in a beautiful street surrounded by large trees, come and listen to the birds and relax. Villa 11 was built in 1905 and has been renovated throughout in 2001. The villa sits on a large landscaped garden occupying a double section on the Napier Hill. We are only 10 minutes drive from Napier airport, and once here, only a 15 minute walk to the Ahuriri cafes, shops & beach and a 20 minute walk to the downtown Napier cafes, shops & Marine Parade. Situated on a no exit street in an excellent area, with its mature garden setting, it is very quiet & serene. Simply a lovely place to be.
